The role is for a Senior ServiceNow Implementation Consultant. This individual will work on ServiceNow implementation projects primarily, including incidents and integration tracks, following Agile methodologies. Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills are required to lead a team and drive client success.
Requirements
- Prior ServiceNow Implementation project experience (not enhancements, managed services).
- Knowledge and experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM).
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving stakeholders.
- Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools.
- Agile methodology experience (scrum-based).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills
- Experience in integration frameworks in ServiceNow
