The company is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join a high-performing implementation team. The role involves working with ServiceNow applications, implementing new solutions, and optimizing IT processes through agile methodologies. The candidate will be a high-performing independent contributor who is responsible for technical solutions and process improvements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience with agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives
Requirements Summary
Prior ServiceNow implementation experience, experience with ServiceNow applications, knowledge of ITIL, and ability to work in agile methodologies are key
