Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not enhancements/managed services)
- Knowledge and experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Exposure to ITIL Framework
- Agile methodology experience (2-week sprint/agile approach)
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Experience integrating frameworks in ServiceNow
- Experience in fast-paced sprints
- Ability to work under pressure
