This full-time Senior-KDNI consultant role involves leading ServiceNow implementation projects within a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive ServiceNow implementation experience, expertise in ITSM & GRC applications, and strong communication and leadership skills. They will also be responsible for designing technical solutions and helping with innovation and process automation.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not enhancements or managed services)
- Knowledge and experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
