This is a full-time ServiceNow Consultant position within a high-performing implementation team focused on ServiceNow implementations and transformations. The role involves designing technical solutions, leading sprints/agile methodologies, and automating processes. The consultant will contribute to innovative solutions and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Prior ServiceNow Implementation experience (only, not enhancements or managed services).
- Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow applications (ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM).
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation.
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployments.
- Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
