As a Senior Lead, Global Executive Search & Integration, you will ensure a seamless integration for newly hired executives in non-US locations during their critical first year. You will play a key role in their successful onboarding by combining strategic planning, coordination, and personalized support.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in executive onboarding, leadership development, or HR business partnership, preferably in a global organization.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional programs or projects.
- Experience coaching or mentoring executives or senior leaders is a strong asset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and project management abilities, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, proficiency in tools and systems relevant to onboarding and HR operations (e.g., Workday, Teams, ServiceNow etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PMP, or coaching certifications) are advantageous but not required.
