Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead QA Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow and Automated Test Framework (ATF) to join their ServiceNow development team. The role involves leading QA and testing efforts, designing and developing automated test cases, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure quality and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, QA Engineering / Testing, or similar roles
- Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow-specific experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF
- Experience integrating ATF with broader end-to-end testing frameworks
- Proven experience working with a centralized QA testing team
- Strong experience working directly with large development/engineering teams
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and continuous testing principles
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
