Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead ServiceNow Administrator to join their team. This role supports ServiceNow platform operations, contributes to integration efforts, and collaborates with teams to implement scalable solutions. Opportunities for skill expansion and platform health maintenance are available.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
- Familiarity with ServiceNow development concepts
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and web technologies
- Expertise in JavaScript
- Expertise in ServiceNow's scoped applications (a plus)
- Experience with MID Server setup and configuration
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow’s data models and CMDB
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to mentor new ServiceNow Administrators
- Able to obtain US Security Clearance
