Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead QA Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow to join their developing team. This role is focused on driving quality through automation and continuous testing, working closely with developers to define test strategies. The position requires a hands-on, agile, and passionate QA engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, QA Engineering / Testing, or similar roles.
- 2+ years of ServiceNow-specific experience, with broader QA experience is welcome.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
- Experience integrating ATF with broader end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Proven experience working with a centralized QA testing team.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and continuous testing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience gathering testing requirements
- US government suitability clearance
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
