Lumen is looking for a Senior Lead Solutions Architect to act as a critical link between engineering teams and business stakeholders, driving the delivery of scalable, high-impact digital solutions. The role demands a strong technical foundation, ability to translate complex requirements, and hands-on approach to managing the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in IT development, architecture, or engineering roles
- Hands-on technical background in software development, systems integration, or technical architecture
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, enterprise-wide solutions
- Experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with ticketing system migrations
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile ceremonies
