Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead User Experience Engineer to design and build intuitive user interfaces and onboarding experiences within ServiceNow, while also developing the back-end logic. The role involves creating guided tours, setup flows, and demo content to guide users through complex workflows. This is a hybrid role requiring a developer first approach with a strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Deep expertise in UI Builder, Service Portal, Jelly, and UI Pages
- Experience designing interactive onboarding or training-adjacent experiences
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript
- Ability to create clear and concise user-facing content
- Understanding of accessibility standards
