ServiceNow is seeking a full stack Engineer with deep knowledge in AI solutions to build an AI-powered customer experience. The role involves architecting solutions to transform the user experience and workflow efficiency of enterprise services, collaborating with cross-functional teams and empowering users with AI/ML solutions. This is a full-time on-site position in Salarpuria Sattva Knowledge City.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in architecting and implementing Enterprise applications
- Advanced knowledge with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and performance/scale considerations
- Experience in developing enterprise-scale conversational AI platforms with advanced natural language processing
- Deep competence in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and LLM optimization
- Expertise in Java or Python, JS, OOP, Design Patterns, and efficient coding
- Expertise in working with Senior Architects and other BUs
- Good to have: familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, UX technologies, and knowledge graphs
- Ability to mentor junior engineers within the team
- Ability to work with Senior Architects, Leaders and other BUs to drive a technical solution
