ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI/ML group. This role involves building and deploying intelligent software and smart user experiences using AI/ML technologies to enhance enterprise services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/GenAI applications and possess strong skills in prompt engineering and model optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands on experience in ML/AI engineering
- Proficiency in Python and Java
- Practical experience developing with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and vendor SDKs/APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Experience with Al productivity tools
- Strong skills in prompt engineering and design agentic reasoning pipelines
- Solid understanding of ML evaluation techniques
- Proven ability to debug and optimize inference pipelines
