Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager – IT Asset Management (ITAM) to lead and optimize our global IT asset lifecycle. This role involves managing IT assets across multiple geographies, with deep proficiency in ServiceNow HAM Pro and a strong foundation in core ITAM practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient operational processes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in IT Asset Management
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro
• Understanding of ITAM principles, including lifecycle management, reconciliation, and compliance
• Experience managing IT assets in a global enterprise environment
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
