The ideal candidate will bridge functional ownership with AI leadership, acting as a connector and partner in leveraging AI to streamline internal processes.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in business operations, transformation, digital process optimization, or shared services.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools such as Zapier, n8n, Airtable, and Retool.
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies and platforms like OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and Google AI Studio.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Zendesk, ServiceNow.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical solutions into business narratives.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive adoption.
