ServiceNow is seeking a motivated Senior Manager for the Americas Benefits team to lead the 401(k) and financial well-being strategy for organizations in Canada, the US, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Brazil. This role involves program ownership, vendor management, financial wellbeing strategy development, data analysis, and leadership in a remote environment. The manager will collaborate with various HR departments and be a key advocate for employees, their families, and ServiceNow's mission.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience managing 401(k) plans for organizations with 10,000+ participants and/or $1B+ in plan assets
  • Deep expertise with ERISA, DOL, IRS regulations, and fiduciary best practices
  • Experience with international benefits management
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
