Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Americas Immigration Programs to design and implement immigration programs and policies in the Americas region. The role will provide guidance on hiring decisions, consulting on immigration requirements, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Immigration programs management (corporate or paralegal work)
  • Strong relationship management and consulting skills
  • Demonstrated state-of-the-art functional knowledge of current and emerging interventions and technologies (RPA, Workflow design, utilization of AI)
  • Exceptionally strong understanding of U.S. Immigration laws and regulations on employment-based visa, as well as permanent residency applications (Green Cards)
  • Data Analysis skills and Financial Acumen
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability
  • Innovation seeker
  • Creative and innovative, has the courage to speak up and suggest new ideas; seeks out opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Experience working with enabling systems: Workday, ServiceNow
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and convincing way
  • English required, second language advantageous
