Requirements

• Develop, implement, and optimize identity management solutions with a strong emphasis on web-based application integration, and secure access workflows, ensuring efficient and scalable user identity and access management.
• Lead efforts to evaluate and implement new technologies, particularly those involving Java-based platforms, and SQL-driven systems, to enhance the scalability and performance of identity services.
• Considerable knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends integrating relevant advancements into the team's roadmap, process and deliverables.
• Partner with infrastructure, security and applications teams on service issues, escalations and support transitions and enforce identity policies and standards.
• Foster compliance by guiding the design and implementation of identity solutions that leverage secure coding practices, and scalable web-based architectures.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment drive by Agile principles and practices.
