Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years' experience
  • 7 years of HR operations, employee services, or shared services experience
  • 3-5 years in leadership
  • Experience managing Tier 0-1 service delivery teams
  • Familiarity with HR technology platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle HCM)
