Senior Manager, Enterprise Solution Architecture

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Solution Architecture, to lead a team of highly skilled enterprise executive architects and facilitate engagements directly with customers and through our Inspire program. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the customer and break down barriers to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience with Enterprise Architecture or Enterprise Strategy
• 5 or more years of Industry experience (eg. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
• 8 or more years of senior leadership experience
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
