We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global IT Asset Management to define, implement, and continuously evolve R1's Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) program. The role will require travel to onsite locations and will report into the Senior Director – EUT & IT Operations.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of ITIL Lifecycle Management experience
- Proficiency with ServiceNow's ITAM, Flexera, One IT Visibility or similar IT asset management tools
- Four plus years of hands-on ITAM experience in large complex organizations
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Reporting, Data Analytics, Power BI, and AI tools
