Senior Manager GRC Engineering

The Senior Manager, GRC Engineering will be a key leader in building, implementing, and optimizing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions for F5's fast-growing business. This role translates regulatory and security requirements into scalable, automated technical workflows — enabling secure growth and operational excellence across our Go-to-Market and People technology ecosystems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline;
• 7+ years of experience in GRC engineering, technical compliance, or security operations roles within a SaaS or cloud-native company;
• Proven experience designing and managing GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC) with hands-on system integrations;
• Strong technical experience working with and integrating enterprise solutions including but not limited to Salesforce, Marketo, Boomi, Workday, and ServiceNow;
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern SaaS architectures;
• In-depth understanding of relevant compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, FedRAMP, GDPR);
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation, APIs, scripting, or low-code/no-code tools;
• Proven ability to build meaningful dashboards and actionable reporting for technical and non-technical stakeholders;
