Senior Manager, IAM Development

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, IAM Development to lead the design, development, and execution of a world-class IAM program. The role focuses on aligning identity and access controls to business objectives and risk priorities, driving security enhancements, and ensuring secure access across ServiceNow's global environment. This position is critical to ServiceNow's mission to transform how we work and empower organizations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or infrastructure engineering
• 5+ years in technical leadership or program management roles
• Deep expertise in IAM technologies (PAM, IGA, authentication protocols, access control frameworks)
• Strong software development background and hands-on understanding of the development lifecycle
• Experience integrating or leveraging AI in IAM programs
• In-depth understanding of IAM frameworks, architectures, and risk mitigation
• Excellent communication skills
