Okta is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to drive and refine the People Operations function with a strong commitment to operational excellence. The role will oversee day-to-day People Operations processes, coach and mentor a team of People Operations managers, and partner with Centers of Excellence to identify opportunities to expand Shared Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (advanced degree a plus)
- 10+ years of HR operations, shared services, project/system implementation, or change management experience
- 5+ years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity, managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams
- Expert proficiency with ServiceNow and Workday, including process re-engineering and optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data, metrics, and continuous process improvement
- Exceptional communication skills, able to translate business needs into operational requirements and drive stakeholder engagement
- Proven attention to detail and confidentiality when managing sensitive HR data
- Solid understanding of HR/Talent processes, with a track record of designing and testing workflows/reports
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple competing demands
- Problem-solving aptitude, with strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
