Senior Manager Renewal Sales Centre of Excellence

ServiceNow is seeking a Strategic Leader for the Renewals Centre of Excellence (CoE) to drive renewal sales initiatives and operational excellence. This highly-impact role will be responsible for NPI, managing a team of product migration specialists, and scaling the Renewals Centre of Excellence. ServiceNow is a global market leader in cloud-based AI technology, impacting over 8,000 customers, including a significant portion of the Fortune 500.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a Renewals environment.
• Experience of Sales enablement, including the design and build of Sales and Customer facing collateral.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and executive presence.
• Superb ability to influence and motivate others, drive collaboration, teaming & resolve conflict.
• Sharp business judgment, ability to drive consensus around business priorities and resource allocation.
