The Senior Manager, ServiceNow Platform Engineering will lead the ServiceNow Platform CoE team, accountable for recruiting, retaining and developing a high performing team that delivers across engineering, SRE, QA, delivery, data quality and solution architecture. The role will also be responsible for meeting CoE headcount, OpEx and CapEx targets, and evaluating requirements across various value streams to determine what needs to be implemented in the service assurance domain to achieve service objectives.
