Senior Manager, Solution Consulting - Enterprise Industries

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consulting leader for its Enterprise Industries team to drive presales capability and strategy. This strategic role will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, internal performance, and continual improvement. The ideal manager will create repeatable processes, manage a team of presales consultants, and drive results in a multi-fold agenda including SC demonstrations, proof of concepts, and customer commitment.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes and problem-solving.
• Strong pre-sales experience in a software platform provider.
• 4+ years of SC leadership experience.
• Thought leadership in storytelling with software.
• Ability to coach and develop early-in-career and senior contributors.
• Tactical, long-term alignment with outcomes.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow sales process.
• Ability to articulate the value of ServiceNow platform.
• Experience working in a fast-growing IT environment.
• Understanding of standard sales and engagement methods
• Deep understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and Service Management practices.
