We are looking for a Senior Manager, Solution Consulting to lead our Solution Consulting team in the ROASEAN region. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging AI, managing presales teams, and selling to ASEAN customers. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the SaaS market space and Service Management practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • 7 years' experience in managing presales team as 1st line management across ASEAN
  • Deep experience with the ASEAN market and experience selling and gaining access to ASEAN customers' senior management
  • Understanding of standard approaches to coaching, mentoring and management of individual contributors
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of Presales Solutions Consultants
  • Experience in Value Based Selling or Solution Selling
  • A thorough understanding of the SaaS Market space, the provision of PaaS based solutions and a broad understanding of Service Management practices
