Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture (Enterprise Applications)

TELUS Digital, a part of the TELUS organization and a globally recognized digital product consultancy, is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to drive transformation through the design and implementation of enterprise platforms. This role requires a blend of pre-sales support, technical leadership, and strategic consulting, focusing on modernizing legacy systems and automating workflows. Candidates will maintain a hybrid presence in a designated location and collaborate with internal and external teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications consulting, or platform implementation
• Deep expertise in one or more enterprise platforms: ServiceNow, SAP (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.), or Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, etc.)
• Strong grasp of enterprise system design, including workflow automation, data modeling, integrations, and API usage
• Proven ability to lead large-scale implementation and transformation programs
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development practices
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
