Senior Modern Workspace Engineer (Patch Management)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Patch Management Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the delivery, governance, and reporting of Microsoft Windows patching across our customer base.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server (2012 and newer)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and its patching capabilities
• Experience using patch management and vulnerability scanning tools
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms, particularly ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret vulnerability data and translate it into actionable remediation steps
