Synechron is seeking an experienced Senior Murex Datamart Reporting Engineer to lead and manage support operations in this critical area. The role involves overseeing L2 and L3 support teams, providing expert incident resolution, and ensuring the high availability and integrity of Murex Datamart and reporting functionalities.
Requirements
- Deep experience with Murex (version 3.1 or higher) in a production environment focusing on reports and Datamart modules
- Strong SQL proficiency for data querying, issue analysis, and troubleshooting
- Shell scripting (Bash/sh) skills supporting issue investigation and automation
- Use of incident management tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA for tracking and reporting issues
