Senior Network Advisor I

Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments. We're looking for a Senior Network Advisor I to manage moderate to complex issues in the Network Organization. The successful candidate will partner with leaders and technical teams to identify problems and provide solutions to mitigate impact and restore service.

Requirements

• 8+ years of operational or incident management experience
• 5+ years of experience using and creating monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Power Automate
• 5+ years of experience using enterprise communication tools such as Teams and Outlook
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field, and/or equivalent military experience
• ITIL certification
