Senior Operational Risk Analyst

You'll be working as a Senior Operational Risk Analyst in the Sun Life Canada Chief Risk Officer's team, responsible for the overall integrity of the operational risk management function across Canada. You'll provide risk expertise, input, advice, oversight, and challenge of select operational risk programs. The role requires experience in risk management, financial services, and related risk frameworks. Requirements

• Ability to successfully influence change effectively
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative practical solutions to drive change
• Experience in the financial services industry with working knowledge of related risk frameworks
• Minimum two years of experience in risk management or related functions
• Strong working knowledge and hands on experience with MS Office products
• Working knowledge with hands-on experience in tool and process automation
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Successful experience interpreting policy and/or regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of the insurance, wealth and health industry products, distribution, and service
• Experience/knowledge in Risk Management, Operational Risk, Audit, Compliance, Finance
• Familiarity and experience with SharePoint, Tableau, Archer, ServiceNow, Fusion, Ariba
