The Senior Oracle DBA will deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, resolving customer inquiries, and advocating for their needs. This role involves technical troubleshooting, configuration of Oracle databases, and providing support to internal Oracle employees. The position focuses on customer relationship management and providing ServiceNow, working with Development and Support teams.
Requirements
- Strong Performance tuning skills – Query level tuning / DB tuning / Memory level tuning.
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Database, Goldengate, Exadata, Oracle RAC, Oracle ASM, Data guard, Backup & Recovery etc.
- Strong DBA skills and relevant working experience with Oracle Database 11g,12c & 19C.
- Experience implementing high availability features of Oracle Database.
