Senior People Systems Analyst

Join our Global People Solutions Team as a People Systems Analyst, where you'll design digital solutions that support QVC Group's global growth strategy. This role is critical in transforming our People Systems Technology landscape by driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience configuring Workday, including data structures, condition rules, security roles, and reporting.
• Strong skills in Workday reporting and analytics, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Familiarity with other HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow HR, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Cornerstone) and a generalist understanding of HR processes.
• Proficiency in data integration, automation tools, and advanced reporting solutions.
• Ability to create data-driven strategies that support organisational objectives and improve operational efficiency
• Experience working with sensitive data in an Agile or fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working in global teams or across multiple brands.
