Senior Platform Architect

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to help customers establish a technical foundation in ServiceNow Platform and design solutions. The role involves guiding customers, partners, and internal teams on platform strategy, governance, and health. The architect will contribute architectural knowledge and translate business objectives into actionable technical blueprints for long-term success.

Requirements

• 8+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience
• Management consulting experience
• Fluent in English and French (C level / Native)
• Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
• Industry domain expertise
• Large program experience leading architecture and design
• Enterprise architecture experience
• Cloud application technology experience
• ServiceNow certifications aligned with workflow
• Ability to travel
