We are seeking a Senior Platform Architect to join our team. The role is responsible for helping customers establish a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that deliver outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- 8+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization
- Management consulting experience
- Fluent in English and French (C level / Native)
- Industry domain expertise
- Large program experience leading architecture and design
- Enterprise architecture experience
- Cloud application technology experience
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
- Ability to travel
