Senior Platform Support

As a Senior Cloud Platform Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in support of the IGM Technology infrastructure portfolio. You will work in a hybrid/multi-vendor environment, driving increased service availability and consistency of delivery through refinement of processes, documentation, and toolset. The ideal candidate will have a strong cross-discipline IT background and be passionate about driving change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in an infrastructure service delivery environment.
• Expert proficiency in Citrix, Windows Server and Linux platforms.
• Experience within a 24x7 production environment, preferably across multiple data centers and third-party service providers.
• Knowledge of cloud-based IaaS environment management; certifications in GCP and Azure are an asset.
• Knowledge of IP networking, including LAN, Wireless, SDWAN, and VPN technologies; certifications with Cisco, Palo Alto are an asset.
• Knowledge of ITSM or ITOM activities and their role and implementation in a large corporation; applicable certifications are an asset.
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to be stationary for long periods.
• Exceptional communication, organization, time management skills, and strong personal commitment to quality service.
