We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Senior Portfolio Analyst to support the effective planning, execution, governance, and financial oversight of our global IT project portfolio.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in IT Portfolio Management, PMO, business analysis, or financial planning roles
  • Bachelor's degree in management, IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in using ServiceNow or similar PPM tools for reporting, data governance, and portfolio analysis
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, IT investment governance, and financial tracking (forecast vs. actuals)
  • Experience supporting Lean Portfolio Management principles and tools is desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Certifications in Portfolio Management and/or Agile frameworks (nice to have)
