Oracle is seeking a highly skilled L3 Support Analyst for OFSAA, a team focused on implementing Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications for Tier 1/2/3 banks. The role involves resolving high-impact incidents, ensuring application stability, and supporting mission-critical financial systems through root cause analysis and preventive solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise in OFSAA and Oracle technologies and a hands-on troubleshooter mentality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in L3 support for OFSAA or similar analytical products.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, analytical functions, and performance tuning.
- Expertise in debugging, triaging issues, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience handling Severity 1 incidents, patch deployments, and production changeovers.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and My Oracle Support (MOS) for incident management.
- Good-to-Have: OFSAA product development or implementation experience, leadership experience, knowledge of ETL workflows, etc.
