Senior Principal Inbound Product Manager - AI Platform Security

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Principal Inbound Product Manager to define and deliver secure and governed connectivity between AI agents, enterprise systems, and external platforms. This role focuses on creating scalable platforms to unify AI governance workflows, authentication, observability, and enterprise automation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security, API security, and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or platform security.
• Hands-on involvement in authentication protocols such as SAML, OIDC, MFA, or certificate-based auth.
• Strong product execution skills and experience working with AI technologies.
• Understanding of API security best practices.
