Journeyman ServiceNow and Enterprise Tools Support Specialist

GovCIO is seeking a Journeyman ServiceNow and Enterprise Tools Support Specialist to support the USSS Network Operations and Security Center proposal. This role focuses on supporting mission-critical systems and providing Tier II/III support, system integration, workflow automation, and service optimization. It requires extensive experience in ServiceNow and enterprise IT tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
• Proficient in one or more enterprise monitoring or endpoint management tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell) and REST/SOAP APIs.
• US citizenship with Top Secret Clearance.
• Valid photo ID presented during interview.
