ServiceNow is a global market leader in AI-enhanced technology, and we're looking for a Senior Principal Platform Architect to join our Customer Outcomes team. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in a professional services organization, with a focus on leveraging AI in work processes, and a minimum of 2 years of ServiceNow Platform experience.
Requirements
- 12+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow Platform experience is required
- Management consulting experience
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Cloud application technology experience
- Enterprise architecture experience
