RBC Insurance Technology is seeking a Senior Process Automation Specialist to lead automation initiatives, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will drive process improvements, implement automation solutions, and lead a team of process analysts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in process automation, IT operations, or workflow optimization roles, with at least 1 year of leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent experience in ITSM practices
- Proven expertise in automation tools such as Ansible, Python scripting, Terraform, ServiceNow, and Jira automation
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL best practices, and incident/change management
- Experience in driving enterprise-wide automation adoption and managing large-scale automation initiatives
