ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Production Service Engineer to provide relief and sustainable resolution to issues within our infrastructure, and to drive initiatives to improve the reliability and performance of the infrastructure.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Deep knowledge of Linux systems
- Coding in various languages, we normally prefer Python, C/C++ or Javascript
- Networking skills, IP addressing and routing
- MySQL database administration
- Monitoring of large and scalable systems, applications and networks
- Uncompromising attention to detail
- Ability to work in shifts that cover one weekend day
