Senior Program Manager - Cybersecurity

Help AG is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager - Cybersecurity to oversee complex cybersecurity projects within a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in enterprise cybersecurity to coordinate multiple projects and provide transparent reporting.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, and program management.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications (preferred): PMP, PgMP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with at least 5 years focused on cybersecurity initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
