Senior Project Manager - ServiceNow - Fixed Term

Datacom is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end transition projects for customers migrating from Cherwell to ServiceNow in the nationwide program across Australia and New Zealand. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role focused on ensuring secure and repeatable deployments, driving standardization and automation. The role requires a customer-facing lead who will manage expectations and escalate issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project/programme delivery experience
• Senior PM experience managing complex IT platform migrations
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations and/or tool migrations (Cherwell migration highly desirable)
• Strong release/cutover management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
• Solid understanding of ITSM, CMDB concepts and platform governance
• Demonstrable planning, risk management and decision-making under pressure
