Requirements

• Academic degree
• More than 3 years of experience as (Senior) Project Manager
• Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Project Management or Agile certifications (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation, CSM, CSPO)
• Fluent German and English skills
• Proactive and structured approach to problem-solving, coupled with flexibility and initiative
• Excellent communication and change management skills
• Experience in leading global, multi-cultural and cross-functional teams
• Strong consulting skills
