Requirements
- Completed degree with an emphasis in Computer Science or similar
- Experience with ServiceNow (Flow Designer, Flows, Subflows, Actions)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (Service Request Management, Service Catalog)
- Practical experience with end-to-end processes (Order-to-Cash, Order-to-Fulfillment, Request-to-Fulfillment)
- Good German language skills (written and spoken)
