Requirements
- Completed university degree
- At least 3 years of professional experience as (Senior) Project Manager
- Experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects
- In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Existing project management or agile certifications (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation, CSM, CSPO)
- Fluent language skills in German and English
- Excellent communication and change management skills
- Strong consulting skills, especially in the areas of effective communication, presentation, analytical thinking and stakeholder management
- Experience in leading global, multicultural and cross-functional teams
